Was size 32 plus for many years.
I lost 40 kilo's after surgery.
17kg's came back in the last year or so, now working on losing them again :)
This was written around the time of the surgery, I was terribly frightened of going under anesthetic and I have documented how I felt and the strategies I used to come to terms with it.
